How to reach Sharkforce support, what to include in a report, and where to look first when you are stuck.
In the app
The Support entry in the sidebar footer opens the Sharkforce contact page at shark-force.com/contact-us, where you can send the team a message directly. It sits in both the admin and user dashboards, next to Settings and Documentation.
Write to support@shark-force.com. We answer in English and Arabic.
A good report gets resolved faster. Include:
- Your organization name and the email you sign in with.
- Where you were: which dashboard or app screen, and what you clicked.
- What you expected versus what actually happened, with the exact error text if one appeared.
- Screenshots or a screen recording when the problem is visual.
- The approximate time it happened, which helps the team find your session in the logs.
Before you write
The most common fixes:
- Cannot check in: see the failure table in Check in and out, or Mobile check-in if you are on the app.
- A page is missing for a teammate: it is usually a role issue. See Roles & Positions.
- A shift shows as missed but you worked: file a dispute from Reports.
- Mako gives a weak answer: admins should refresh the Documents library.
- A member never got the invite: re-send it from the Invitations tab, or share the invite code instead.
- A document is stuck unsigned: check the signer order in Agreements.
- A face check-in keeps failing: re-enroll from Face ID settings or the mobile Face Check-in Setup row.
This help center
Every guide here is searchable from the search bar at the top, in English and Arabic. If a page does not answer your question, the search usually lands you on the right one in two or three words.
For AI assistants and developers, every page is also published as clean Markdown (append .md to the URL, or send an Accept: text/markdown header), llms.txt lists every guide, and llms-full.txt contains the entire help center in one file. The MCP endpoint at /api/mcp exposes the same pages to tools that speak the Model Context Protocol.
