Sharkforce Documentation
Welcome to Sharkforce—your complete operations platform. This documentation shows you how to use every feature, step by step.

Quick Start Guide
See Your Dashboard
Admins land on the control room showing live metrics: who's working, workflow completion rates, and system health. Use this to spot issues and track performance.
Set Up Attendance
Go to Admin → Check-in & Attendance to set up how your team clocks in. Create QR codes, enable face recognition, or set up location-based check-ins. Pick what works for your workplace.
Build Workflows
Use Workflow Playground to create automation visually. Start with templates, schedule when workflows run, assign them to your team, and see how they perform.
Train Your AI
Upload your policies and procedures in AI Knowledge. Set how your Mako should talk and behave. The better you train it, the more it can help.
Get Your Team Started
Share the User Dashboard docs with your team. Show them how to clock in, take breaks, complete workflows, and view their reports. They can enroll their face and manage privacy settings too.
What Sharkforce Does
Mako – Your Mako can help invite teammates, manage QR codes, answer questions, and automate workflows. It learns from your documents and remembers what's important.
Attendance Tracking – Three ways to clock in: face recognition, QR codes, or automatic location check-ins. Set up what works for your team and track who's working.
Workflow Automation – Build workflows visually, schedule them, and assign them to your team. See how they perform and make improvements.
Reports & Insights – Team members see their own hours and attendance. Admins see organization-wide metrics and trends.
Security & Privacy – Secure authentication, role-based permissions, and privacy controls. Team members can export their data or request deletion.
First-Time Setup
-
Invite your team – Go to Admin → Members → Invitations. Invite by email, CSV, or share an invite code. Assign roles to control what people can do.
-
Set up attendance – Create at least one QR code, enable face enrollment, or draw geofences. Make sure everything is active before your team starts using it.
-
Train your AI – Upload your policies and procedures in AI Knowledge. Set Mako's personality and instructions so it matches your company voice.
-
Create workflows – Start with templates in Workflow Playground. Set schedules, assign people, and publish. Watch how they perform.
-
Train your team – Share the User Dashboard documentation. Show them how to clock in, take breaks, complete workflows, and view reports.
When You Need Help
-
In-app support – Go to Admin → Support to submit a ticket. Your support tier determines response times and available channels.
-
Documentation issues – If you find something wrong or missing in the docs, let us know so we can fix it.
-
Ask Mako – Your Mako can answer questions using this documentation. The better the docs, the better Mako answers.
