The Sharkforce mobile app puts your workday in your pocket. Check in when you arrive, watch your shifts, respond to requests, sign agreements, and chat with Mako, all in English or Arabic with full right-to-left support.
Getting in
- Install the app on iOS or Android.
- Sign in with the same account you use on the web. Your organization, language, and settings carry over automatically.
If your admin invited you with a code, tap Have an invite code? on the sign-in screen, paste the invitation link or activation code, and the app walks you through creating your account: first and last name, a username (3 to 32 letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens), agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, your email, a password that meets the on-screen requirements (length, lowercase, uppercase, number, special character), and a verification code sent to your email.
Signing in supports email and password, a one-time email code if you have not set a password, Apple and Google, and two-factor authentication with an authenticator or backup code. If sign-in fails the app says why: wrong email, a locked account, a breached password, or a code that did not arrive.
Creating a workspace from mobile
New users can create a free workspace inside the app: an organization name, a type (Company, School, Hospital, or Custom), and a team size. Workspaces start on the free plan; upgrades and billing are handled on the web dashboard. On iOS this release, workspace creation may be temporarily unavailable with a notice saying so.
The four tabs

The Now tab
Now is your home screen. It opens with a greeting for the time of day and answers what matters first.
The shift hero
The big card is your shift cockpit. It reads your current state and shows one clear action:

Under it, shift details expand to show the window (Starts and Ends), the check-in methods your admin configured (facial recognition, location, QR code), and the location name when one is set. A live readout shows Time on shift and Time left while one is running.
Priorities
A Priority strip surfaces whatever needs you next: Signature required with a Sign now action, Response needed on a request, a Draft to finish, anything Overdue or Due with its date, and unread notifications. When nothing needs you it reads All clear ("Nothing needs your attention right now"). Offline it notes it is showing the last verified priorities.
Today timeline and metrics
Today Timeline lists today's shifts in order with their status and progress. Below, an Operations row carries this month's metrics: Hours, Earnings, Attendance, and Complete.
When data cannot load, the screen says so honestly: Now unavailable ("Refresh to load shifts"), Offline ("Reconnect to refresh"), or Some data may be out of date, with a Refresh action.
