Agreements on mobile

Review, sign, and manage documents from your phone, from the consent screen to the signed certificate.

The Agreements screen ("Documents that need your action and your signing history") is your signing queue on mobile. When a document or signature request lands, it shows up here automatically.

The list

Three filters cut the queue:

  • All: everything.
  • Needs action: documents waiting on you.
  • History: what you have already signed.

Each row shows the document, its status, and a date. Statuses read Awaiting you, Pending, Signed, Declined, Voided, Expired, Reassigned, and Delegated, with date labels like "Awaiting your signature", "Signed", or "Updated". The empty state is honest: "No agreements yet. When you sign a document or someone sends you one to sign, it shows up here automatically."

Tap Sign now on an awaiting document to open the signing flow, or View on a finished one.

Before you sign

Signing starts with consent. A "Before you sign" screen explains that you are signing electronically through Docshark (Sharkforce's signing service), that your electronic signature is intended to have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under applicable law, and that your session is recorded in an activity log with timestamps and integrity checks. You confirm by checking "I agree to sign electronically" and continuing.

The flow also captures your legal name and, where required, consents to electronic records and the consumer disclosure. Each is validated ("Enter your legal name to continue").

Verifying it is you

Some documents ask for identity verification first. The app offers to send a one-time code to your email; enter the 6-digit code to confirm. If the configured identity check cannot run in the app, it says "Verification isn't available in the app" and directs you to open the agreement on the web to finish.

Signing

The document viewer lets you scroll the pages, pinch or double-tap to zoom, and switch between Document and Fields views with a progress readout like "3 of 7 fields completed". Required fields are marked; a Next required field control walks you through them.

Fields come in every type: signature, initials, stamp, drawing, text, long text, name, email, date, amount, number, checkbox, choice, dropdown, attachment, company, title, and note. Each validates its own way ("This field is required", "Enter a valid email address"). Your signature can be drawn with your finger, typed and styled in a range of fonts, or uploaded as a photo, in a choice of ink colors and thicknesses. Using it adopts it as your electronic signature.

Adopt and Sign or Finish signing asks "Are you ready to finish signing this agreement?" before sealing. Once done, the screen confirms Signed ("Your signed copy is ready") and offers Certificate, Download the signed copy, and Share the verification. If others still need to sign it reads "Waiting for the other signers"; if it is not your turn yet it says "Another signer needs to finish before this agreement is ready for you."

Declining

You can Decline an agreement instead. It asks for a reason ("Explain what needs to change"), warns that declining stops the process for everyone, and confirms before sending.

Drafts and leaving

Unfinished field work saves as you go. Leaving with unsaved changes asks "You have unsaved changes. Leave without saving?" so a stray back-tap cannot lose a filled signature.

Templates, assignments, and who must sign are managed by your admin under Agreements. On mobile you review and sign; on the web you can also download sealed copies and certificates.
