Plans and billing
Manage your subscription, track usage, change plans, handle add-ons and payment methods, and download invoices.
Plans & Billing ("Manage your subscription, track usage, and optimize your plan for maximum value") is where your organization's subscription lives. Four tabs split it: Overview, Plans, Add-ons, and History. A "Next billing: {date}" line keeps the next charge in view.
Overview
The Overview tab shows four cards: Current Plan, Monthly Cost, Status, and Add-ons. Header actions include Payment Methods, Upgrade Plan, and Refresh.
Billing alerts
When something needs attention an alert banner appears on top:
- Payment Past Due: "Your last payment failed. Please update your payment method to avoid service interruption." with a "
{days}days remaining to update your payment before features are restricted" grace period and an Update Payment Method action. - Subscription Canceled: "Your subscription has been canceled. You're now on the Free Plan." with Restore
{planName}or Choose a different plan. - Plan Ending Soon: "Your subscription ends on
{date}. You'll retain access until then." with Keep current plan. - Plan Change Scheduled: "Your plan changes to
{planName}on{date}. You'll keep your current features until then." with Keep current plan.
Plans
The Plans tab lists the four tiers. Each plan card shows its name, description, key benefits, and popular features:

Changing plans
Choosing a different plan confirms with "{plan} plan upgraded successfully! Your new features are available immediately. Billed {interval}." Upgrades apply right away.
Downgrading opens a dialog: "Downgrade to {planName}? This change will take effect at the end of your current billing period." It lists You'll lose access to: the features being removed and confirms the date your current plan continues until. A scheduled downgrade reports "{plan} plan change scheduled! Your current plan will continue until the end of your billing period, then switch to {plan}."
Add-ons
The Add-ons tab manages extras on top of your plan. Adding one confirms "Add-on added successfully"; removing or changing its quantity updates it with the matching confirmations.
History
The History tab ("View and download your past invoices and payment history.") holds two cards:
- Payment Methods: your saved cards and methods, with an Expires date, Manage, and Add Payment Method ("No payment methods" when empty).
- Recent Invoices: "Download and view your billing history." with an Invoice # column and a Download per invoice ("No invoices yet" when empty).
The page needs the Plans & Billing permission; without it shows "Ask an administrator to grant the Plans & Billing permission to view invoices or manage subscriptions." If billing fails to load, "Failed to Load Billing Information" appears with Retry Loading.
