Organization settings
Your organization's identity, the Settings dialog, and where every org-wide setting actually lives.
Organization-wide settings are not one giant page. Identity lives in the Settings dialog; everything else lives in the section that owns it. This page maps where each control is.
The Settings dialog
Choosing Settings in the sidebar footer opens a dialog with tabs rather than sending you to a page:

The Organization tab
The Organization tab holds the fields that define your organization:
- Organization logo: your mark across the workspace, on screens, reports, and shared surfaces.
- Organization name: how the org appears everywhere, in the sidebar, invitations, and emails.
- URL slug: the link your team uses, for example
dashboard.shark-force.com/my-organization. Changing it changes the address everyone bookmarks. - Organization type: the kind of organization you run.
- Team size: how many people are in it, which Sharkforce uses to understand your scale.
Edit any field and save; the page confirms "Organization updated". If the organization cannot be loaded, the tab says so instead of showing a broken form.
Where org-wide config actually lives
The settings that shape the product are spread across the sections that own them, not buried in one screen:

The Support entry in the sidebar footer opens the Sharkforce contact page. Inside the product your team can also reach support from the help resources; see Support for every channel.
The Organization tab needs the settings permission. If Settings is missing from your sidebar footer, your role does not include it.
