Mako
The AI assistant that knows your organization. Ask questions about policies, procedures, and work and get answers from your team's documents.
Mako is your AI assistant. Ask a question in plain English or Arabic and it answers from your organization's actual knowledge: your documents, policies, and processes, not generic guesses from the internet.
What to ask
Anything you would normally ask a person or dig out of a shared drive:
- "What is our leave policy?"
- "How do I request new equipment?"
- "Summarize the maintenance incident procedure."
- "What are the verification steps in the closing shift?"
Mako cites your organization's documents in its answers, so you can open the source instead of trusting the summary alone.
Why it is different from search
Search finds files. Mako reads them. It pulls the relevant content up from across your organization's whole file library and composes an answer, and it tells you when the information is not there rather than making something up.
Your conversations
Conversations are saved as threads in your history so you can pick a topic back up later instead of re-explaining it. Each thread stays separate, so you can ask Mako about leave in one and clean up shift steps in another.
The Documents tab
Mako's answers come from your organization's Documents library, the files your admins upload for it to read. If Mako's answers feel thin, that library is the place to look; an admin keeps it current under Documents in the admin section.
Mako answers from your organization's documents only. If an answer is not in there yet, tell your team; Mako surfaces gaps in your shared knowledge as much as it fills them.
