Calendar
Your shifts and connected calendar events in one place, with filters, sync status, and event details.
My Calendar ("Your shifts and connected calendar events in one place.") puts your work on a single timeline: your Sharkforce shifts alongside events from the calendars connected to your organization.
What the calendar shows
- Sharkforce shifts appear with their scheduled windows and live status.
- External events from connected calendars appear next to them, tagged with their provider so you always know where an event came from.
For each connected account, a card shows the sync status and when it last synced ("Synced {time}" or "Not synced yet"), so you can tell at a glance whether the events are fresh.
Views and filters
The calendar defaults to a Month view. Filter chips narrow what is on it:
- All: shifts and external events together.
- Shifts: only your Sharkforce shifts.
- External: only the events from connected calendars.
A side panel keeps Today's scheduled items in front of you while you browse other dates, with a count of "Everything scheduled for this day" or "No events on this date".
Event details
Opening an event shows its time, source, location, and attendees. When a connected event carries a link, a Join button opens that link in a new tab. An Ask Sharkforce option is available for context about what you are looking at.
The calendar is read-only for you. To change a shift, talk to your admin; to change a connected event, edit it in its own calendar and it syncs back.
