The More menu

Profile, payroll, reports, notifications, agreements, face setup, settings, and privacy on mobile.

The More tab is the rest of the app: "Profile, privacy, and work data." A profile card sits on top with your name, email, and organization badge; tapping it opens Profile. Below it, rows split into Work and Account groups, then a Sign Out row and the app version at the bottom.

Profile

Your profile shows your full name, email, organization, member since date, and your organization role with your position and roles listed. A My Work block carries your stats: hours worked and attendance rate. You can change your photo from the camera or library, or remove it.

Payroll

The payroll screen reads your compensation on the go:

  • Year to Date totals: Gross, Net, and Deductions.
  • A Current Estimate of this month's pay "Based on approved shift hours this month" (final payroll may include taxes, deductions, overtime, and adjustments), with Approved and Pending hour counts.
  • Approved Shift Hours: the individual shift records feeding your pay. Spot a wrong one and Send correction lets you propose corrected hours with a note for your manager.
  • Pay Stubs: each stub with its pay date, Gross Pay, Regular and Overtime hours, and Net Pay. A voided stub is badged "VOIDED, not counted in year-to-date".

Empty state: "No Pay Stubs. Your payroll information will appear here."

Reports

Reports turn your work into charts over 7D, 30D, or 90D, split into Overview and History:

  • Overview: Total Hours, Earnings, a Work Trend chart you can swipe to inspect daily hours, Attendance rate, Completion, and Breaks with paid versus unpaid splits. Tapping a card opens its detail: attendance outcomes and check-in records, or break distribution and individual sessions.
  • History: a searchable list of shift activity filtered by All, Done, Failed, Checked in, Missed. Each record opens to a full detail: status, duration, hours worked, payable time, check-in and check-out times, and the step-by-step timeline.

Every metric degrades gracefully: "No hours to chart", "No attendance data", "No break data".

Notifications

Your notification inbox with unread badges (a red count on the More row, capped at 99+). Tap a notification to land on the thing it is about. Mark all as read clears the list; empty reads "All Caught Up".

Face Check-in Setup

Where you enroll and manage the face used for check-in:

  • Status: whether your face is set up and the date it was enrolled.
  • Usage: how many verification attempts you have used this month, how many remain, and when the count resets.
  • Actions: View Setup Photo, Update Face Setup to capture a new image, Delete Face Data (asks before permanently removing it), or Start Face Setup if you have not enrolled.

Setup walks you through positioning your face with tips (even lighting, look at the camera, remove glasses or coverings), captures, processes, and confirms "Face Setup Complete". A tips note suggests updating after recognition issues, appearance changes, or about six months.

Settings

The settings screen ("Personalize your experience") holds:

  • Appearance: Automatic (matches your device), Light, or Dark. The theme persists across sessions.
  • Time & Region: 24-Hour Time toggle (shows "14:30" versus "2:30 PM") and your Timezone, auto-detected.
  • Biometrics: a shortcut to Face Check-in Setup with its status.
  • Notifications: Push Notifications, Auto-Close Warnings ("Get warned before shift auto-closes"), Dispute Updates, and Streak Milestones. A footnote notes email preferences are managed on the web dashboard.

Privacy & Security

Where your data rights live:

  • Biometric Data: your face check-in status and Manage Face Data, with a note that face data is protected with encryption and retention depends on your organization's settings.
  • Policies: Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
  • Retention & Rights: explains that attendance, payroll, tax, and audit records may be retained even after a deletion request, that you can delete face data when your organization permits it, and how account deletion works.
  • Delete Account: starts account deletion in-app. It asks you to acknowledge the 24-hour safety window and legal retention, type DELETE to confirm, and shows the request status (Pending, Scheduled, Completed, and so on). You can Revoke request during the safety window.

Signing out

The Sign Out row asks "Are you sure you want to sign out?" before logging you out, so a stray tap cannot end your session. It also deregisters this device from push notifications on the way out.

Anything missing here lives on the web dashboard. The mobile app covers the employee day; admin surfaces are on dashboard.shark-force.com.
