Welcome to your Sharkforce User Dashboard—your all-in-one hub for:

  • Checking in and out of work
  • Managing breaks
  • Viewing your attendance and work reports
  • Participating in workflows
  • Managing your profile and settings

1. Attendance Check-in

Sharkforce supports multiple secure check-in methods. Use any method enabled by your organization:

Face Recognition Check-in

Secure, touchless check-in method.
  1. Enroll your face in Settings (one-time).
  2. Go to Attendance Check-in.
  3. Select Face Recognition and allow camera access.
  4. Center your face and follow on-screen instructions.
  5. Wait for confirmation.
If you haven't enrolled your face, you'll be prompted to do so.

Geofence (Location) Check-in

Automatic check-in at physical locations.
  1. Enable location services on your device.
  2. Enter a designated work area.
  3. The dashboard prompts you to check in if you're within a geofence.
  4. Confirm your check-in.
You may see a map or location status indicator.

QR Code Check-in

Quick check-in for shared or rotating workspaces.
  1. Go to Attendance Check-in and select QR Code.
  2. Allow camera access if prompted.
  3. Scan the QR code at your work location.
  4. Wait for confirmation.

Check-in Status

  • Your current check-in status is always visible on the dashboard.
  • See the time and method of your last check-in and check-out.

2. Break Management

Track your breaks directly from the dashboard:

  • Start a Break: Click Start Break when you begin a break.
  • End a Break: Click End Break when you return to work.
  • Break History: View all your breaks, including start/end times and durations.
  • Break Rules: If your org has break rules, they’ll be shown here.
Regular breaks help maintain productivity and well-being.

3. Reports

Access your personal work data and analytics:

  • Attendance Reports: Daily, weekly, and monthly records.
  • Time Tracking: Total hours worked, check-in/out times, break durations.
  • Performance Metrics: Punctuality, attendance rate, and more.
  • Export: Download your attendance data (if enabled).

How to Use:

  1. Go to Reports from the sidebar.
  2. Select report type and date range.
  3. Use filters to customize your view.

4. Workflows

Participate in organizational workflows assigned to you:

  • Assigned Workflows: See all workflows you’re part of (e.g., onboarding, daily tasks).
  • Workflow Steps: Complete each step as instructed (may include check-ins, tasks, or approvals).
  • Progress Tracking: See your progress and pending actions.
  • Notifications: Get notified when a workflow needs your attention.

How to Use:

  1. Go to Workflows from the sidebar.
  2. Click a workflow to view details and complete steps.

5. Settings

Manage your profile and preferences:

Face Enrollment

  • Required for face recognition check-in.
  • Go to Settings > Face Enrollment.
  • Follow the instructions to enroll your face (camera required).

Personal Information

  • Update your name, contact info, and other profile details.

Notification Preferences

  • Choose how you receive notifications (email, in-app, etc.).
  • Enable or disable specific notification types.

Security

  • Change your password (if supported).
  • Enable two-factor authentication (if available).

6. Navigation & Tips

  • Sidebar: Quick access to all features (Attendance, Breaks, Reports, Workflows, Settings).
  • Header: Profile, organization, and notifications.
  • Mobile Friendly: Works on desktop and mobile.
  • Help: Look for icons or tooltips for extra guidance.
The dashboard is fully responsive for maximum flexibility.

7. Troubleshooting & FAQ

If something isn’t working, check here first!

Face Recognition Not Working?

  • Make sure your face is enrolled in Settings.
  • Check camera permissions.
  • Ensure good lighting and center your face.

Location Check-in Not Working?

  • Enable location services on your device.
  • Make sure you are within a designated geofence area.

QR Code Not Scanning?

  • Clean your camera lens.
  • Make sure the QR code is not damaged.
  • Allow camera access in your browser or app.

Breaks Not Tracking?

  • Make sure you start and end breaks using the dashboard.
  • Contact your admin if you see discrepancies.
